Erasmus+ 2025 Call for Proposals: Mobility Projects for Sports Sector Employees

The 2025 Erasmus+ program invites applications for mobility projects focused on employees in the sports sector. These projects aim to enhance the professional development of sports staff, promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle across Europe.


Objectives:


Encourage physical activity, foster social inclusion, equality, and community engagement.

Strengthen the capacity of sport organizations.

Promote common European values through sport, such as good governance, fairness, sustainability, and active citizenship.

Support the creation of networks among European sports trainers and professionals.

Types of Funded Activities:


Job Shadowing (2–14 days): Participants learn new practices by observing and engaging with peers in host organizations.

Training or Teaching Assignments (7–45 days): Participants engage in training or teaching roles, sharing expertise while gaining new knowledge.

Preparatory Visits: Organize visits to partner organizations before the mobility activity to improve project quality.

Who Can Participate?


Trainers, sports staff, volunteers, and individuals with a dual career in sports can apply, contributing to the development of amateur sports.

Budget and Application Details: The total budget allocated to Lithuania for 2025 mobility projects is €136,750. The projects should last from 3 to 18 months, with activities starting from June 1 to December 31, 2025. Each project can include 1 to 10 participants, excluding preparatory visits and accompanying persons.


Deadline for Application: Submit proposals by February 12, 2025, 13:00 (Lithuanian time) via the Erasmus+ platform.
