VšĮ Nike Health and Sport Association organized a special event to promote a healthy lifestyle and support both physical and mental well-being! Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to engage in sports activities, recharge their energy, and discover the benefits of movement and mindfulness.
What Did We Do at the Event?
🏃♂️ Morning Exercise & Group RunWe kicked off the day with an energizing morning exercise session led by professional trainers. After a series of stretching and warm-up movements, participants joined a group run in nature, experiencing the joy of outdoor physical activity. Breathing in the fresh air while moving their bodies helped everyone start the day with renewed energy and motivation.
🧘 Wellness & Yoga WorkshopThe event also featured a Wellness & Yoga Workshop, designed to promote balance between body and mind. Under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors, participants engaged in stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. These activities allowed them to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner peace. The session focused on relaxation, stress reduction, and enhancing overall well-being.
